Dave Loftus is the Owner and Operator of West Denver Handyman. The company has been in development stages for over 40 years. I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, and moved to Denver, Colorado in 2004. As a kid, I often took my toys apart and put them back together, sometimes they still worked. I learned my home improvement and renovation skills from my Father, an engineer who taught me with a hands-on approach as we constantly renovated our home. I have a bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati, became a CPA, and was an accountant in various industries for about 20 years. I became an InterNACHI certified Home Inspector and removed the desk chair to pursue my passion for building, fixing, and renovating areas of a home.
